UrBC, Yekaterinburg, May 6, 2019. Two mining teams from Raspadskaya Coal Company’s Raspadskaya Mine have produced 1,000,000,000 kg of coal each since the beginning of the year.

According to the company’s PR Department, Alexei Ivanov’s team and Rustam Muminov’s team (Sections 17 and 1) were both congratulated on their success by the company management.

‘These stoping teams are among Raspadskaya Coal Company’s best. Thanks to their compliance with the safety rules and great team spirit, the miners hit their target production figures every single month,’ the PR Department says.

Alexei Ivanov’s team (Head of Section 17: Sergey Vassilyev) is now finishing Coalface 5a-7-32 (more than 3,000,000,000 kg worth of coal reserves). As soon as this month, the miners will move on to reinstall the mining equipment in the new Coalface 5a-7-34 and will start mining proper in September.

Rustam Muminov’s team (Head of Section 1: Andrei Sokolov) is now working on Coalface 4-10-31 (3,500,000,000 kg worth of coal reserves). The work on the coalface started in August 2018.
