UBRD Holds Service Guru Conference on April 5

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 4, 2019. The Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development (UBRD) is going to coordinate its Service Guru Conference on April 5. The idea is to introduce an event that will serve a springboard for creating a service experts’ community in Yekaterinburg, the bank says.

The conference will gather together customer service experts from the banking sector as well as many other types of businesses ranging from the telecom market to private clinics.

‘The idea of a customer service experts’ community came up about two years ago, when the bank adopted a Happy Customer Strategy. We gained some invaluable experience through building a quality management system and analyzing our customers’ needs, behavior patterns, and specific moods. We are now ready to share this experience with companies that feel the same way we do about customer service,’ says UBRD Service Director Maya Kantor.

Service Guru speakers will give talks on client focus transformations, on making your business customer-oriented, and on keeping your team’s morale and spirits high. There will also be discussions of real-life cases and practices.
