UBRD Wins ŃŐ World Awards

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 19, 2019. The Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development (UBRD) won three international ŃŐ World Awards; the awarding ceremony took place in Moscow on April 17, the bank’s press service reports.

For one, the bank’s Quality Management System Project won as Best Customer Experience in B2C Sector/Finance: the UBRD managed to develop and introduce unified customer service standards across all of its communication channels, optimize its internal processes, and enforce a customer-oriented approach at every stage of product development — and all of this on quite a tight schedule.

‘We are happy to see our team’s professional skills and enthusiasm getting acknowledged by the expert community. We competed with very strong rivals and indisputable market leaders, and managed to get ahead. Customer feedback proved the primary driving force behind the improvements in the bank’s processes, products, and customer service. I’m positive that we’re doing everything right,’ says UBRD Customer Service Improvement Director Maya Kantor.

The bank’s Customer Day Project also won as Best Personnel Engagement Practice and the UBRD Customer Service Improvement Center won as Best Customer Experience Team.
