27 April 2018 (15:07)
UrBC, Moscow, April 27, 2018. Russian Audit Chamber detected 2,178 problems related to Federal Act 44 FZ government purchase procedures last year, the chamber’s press service reports.
These inaccuracies amounted to RUR 104.6bn all in all, compared with 823 cases amounting to RUR 48.8bn one year earlier.
‘The increase in the number of problems and violations has to do with our completion of a methodology base for auditing government purchases, with more inspections and checks carried out in 2017, with more organizations checked in 2017 than in 2016, and with a greater degree of information transparency in the unified government purchase information system,’ the Audit Chamber states.
