UrBC, Chelyabinsk, February 26, 2018. ChTPZ Group took part in a press conference dedicated to the launch of a nationwide internship database; the launch is part of the All-Russia People’s Front’s Internships Program. head of ChTPZ Group’s Intern Section Natalia Sokolova spoke about the company’s efforts to coordinate internships at its production sites.

‘Candidates for our Intern Program undergo a highly competitive selection procedure. A successful candidate must do well in college, pass their exams successfully, possess outstanding knowledge of the fields they major in, have a broad range of interests and good presentation skills, and feel proactive about their own lives. There are currently ten candidates for every intern position in our company,’ Sokolova said.

The Group embarked on its Intern Program in 2015. The goal is to offer paid internships to students and graduates of Russia’s best colleges and help them obtain first practical experience in a chosen field. This also gives the hosting company an opportunity to select the most talented and purposeful students for their job openings.
