ChTPZ Group Launches MSc Program

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 8, 2017. ChTPZ Group is opening Leadership Program in coordination with National University of Science and Technology (MISiS), the company press service reports.
‘This is a Master’s program in combination with internships at ChTPZ Group’s enterprises and work on innovative projects. Following a selection procedure, twenty candidates in the under-30 age group, with Bachelor’s degrees from Russian colleges will get enrolled on two programs: Rolling Technologies and Solid and Hollow Goods Innovative Technologies & Equipment. The students will have two years to learn about today’s advanced technologies and metallurgical industry trends with the help of MISiS professors and the Group’s experts,’ the press service says.
The program combines lectures with actual on-site job training; students will be offered real-life cases from ChTPZ to work with and will have to defend a Master’s thesis to do with metallurgy.
‘The Group is interested in attracting new employees with a college degree who are ready to work at our up-to-date, high tech enterprises. This Leadership Program will provide the company with a managerial team who know the technicalities of production process and can handle the ambitious tasks we have at hand,’ says the Group’s HR Director Svetlana Kuzminykh.
