UrBC, Yekaterinburg, January 18, 2018. ChTPZ Group shareholder Andrei Komarov took part in a press conference in Moscow; the event was part of a professional competition in Russia’s best mentorship practices, the Group’s press service reports.

First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of Russia Sergey Kirienko, Assistant to the President of Russia Andrei Belousov, and Director-General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Svetlana Chupsheva also spoke at the conference.

The competition gets coordinated by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in order to select and share the most successful experiences in professional mentoring systems and in order to bring these experiences and mentor practices into the limelight on the national and local levels.

Andrei Komarov made a report on the mentor system adopted at the Group’s member enterprises and spoke about how ChTPZ Group was contributing to new cadre training and recruitment.
