Tatarstan Government Praises ChelPipe Group’s Staff Training Programs

UrBC, Chelyabinsk, February 15, 2019. ChelPipe Group’s shareholder Andrei Komarov took part in Tatarstan’s Industry & Trade Ministry and Tatarstan’s Economy Ministry’s recent joint meeting upon President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov’s invitation. Komarov made a report on the Group’s experience of setting up a continuous professional development system within the framework of a public-private partnership program, the Group’s press service reports.

Andrei Komarov spoke about the current performance of and development plans for Tatarstan’s College of The Future, an education project that ChelPipe Group and Tatarstan Government are coordinating together within a public-private partnership scheme on the premises of Alnas Plant and Almetyevsk Vocational School.

The skilled blue-collar workers get their qualifications on Tatarstan’s College of The Future Program through a continuous education system that starts with job counseling at high schools and continues with dual-education practical training at vocational schools and labs, army time that students can do at a certain Group-supported regiment, on-the-job training and induction with the help of a mentor, and career growth further on.
