UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 25, 2018. Metcombank and Dom.rf signed a cooperation agreement, which means customers in any of the bank’s branches throughout the country will be able to apply for a preferential-terms mortgage, the bank’s press service reports.

Dom.rf offers mortgages for existing homes and those under construction; you can also apply for mortgage refinancing (with a new, better interest rate) and apply for a consumer loan with your home as security.

‘The new options make a mortgage more affordable for our customers. Thanks to special terms and moderate interest rates, those who need a bigger/newer home particularly badly can actually go through with it. For one, families who’ve recently had their second or third child can get a mortgage for as little as 6% a year,’ says Metcombank Chair of the Board Dmitri Torbenko.

The bank’s customers can also benefit from extra options such as using maternity money to partially cover the loan or an easier income statement form.
