Raspadsaya Mine Produces 4,000,000,000 kg of Coal

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 28, 2017. The mining team at EVRAZ Holding’s Raspadskaya Mine has produced 4,000,000,000 kg of coal since the start of the year and was thus one of the first to set this production record in Kuzbass in the first seven months of the year, EVRAZ Holding Siberia’s Corporate Relations Center reports.
Raspadskaya Coal Company’s management congratulated the miners on their success.
‘Raspadskaya Mine keeps increasing its coal production output every year, which means this company remains the coke-coal production leader in Kemerovo Region. We owe these record output figures to the mine’s entire team, who work in a well-coordinated, productive, and safe way,’ says Raspadskaya Coal Company’s Director-General Sergey Stepanov.
This year’s output, so far, proved twice as large as that for last year.
