Russian Copper Company Supports Hockey Championship

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, May 18, 2017. A charity hockey championship coordinated by the Anton Shipulin Charity Foundation and Russian Copper Company will be held in Yekaterinburg this week.

The company press service reports four different hockey teams will compete in the championship:

KomAR comprises actors Marat Basharov and Denis Matrosov, actors Ivan Dubrovsky and Sergey Komarov known for their parts in Molodezhka, and singers/songwriters Sergey and Vladimir Kristovsky, founders of the band Uma2rman. Olymp, headed by biathlon player Anton Shipulin, has sports players Ivan Alypov and Alexander Legkov in it, as well as members of Uralskiye Pelmeni stand-up comedians’ team Andrei Rozhkov, Dmitri Brekotkin, and Sergey Isayev. Yet another team is Yekaterinburg hockey team. Plus, Governor of Sverdlovsk Region’s team will be playing as well/

‘The funds raised through the ticket sale will be directed to charity. Last year, the money was used to reconstruct a sports playground at Pervouralsk Foster Home 1,’ the company press service says.
