UrBC, Yekaterinburg, May 17, 2017. Riviera Invest Yekaterinburg’s Director Evgeny Shilov informed UrBC that the area of Riviera Club, the prospective luxury apartment building, will amount to 30,000 m2 plus another 5,000 m2 of shared space and shopping areas.

According to Shilov, the most up-to-date technologies are used in the construction process.

‘Water treatment systems are probably the ones that require the most investments. For one, cold water will come from the city’s centralized supply system, get filtered in four different stages while it becomes fit to drink, and then delivered to the end users’ faucets. Hot water will be this treated cold water heated to the temperature needed. Special attention is being paid to low-power grids: there will be fibre optic appliances in every apartment to ensure the best Internet traffic capacity,’ he said.

Today’s technologies are changing fast, so a developer’s task is to make sure that once the building gets commissioned in two and a half years’ time, the new home owners can implement any technological solutions that will be available at the time.
