Evgeny Shilov: Riviera Club’s Location is Key Advantage

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, May 18, 2017. Location is definitely the prospective luxury apartment building Riviera Club’s key competitive advantage, Riviera Invest Yekaterinburg’s Director-General Evgeny Shilov told UrBC.
‘According to luxury housing segment experts, the top three criteria that make a piece of estate a luxury one are location, location, and location. This is why our partners from Malysheva 73 Society suggested we join a construction project in a place like this, we said yes at once.’
‘The building will be put up on the only spot in the historic part of the city that is available for housing construction. This is the embankment of the Iset, as close to water as you could ever possibly get. Nothing else will ever be as close, in fact. There is Yekaterinburg Arboretum right next to the site,’ Shilov said.
The construction of Riviera Club on the bank of the Iset in the heart of Yekaterinburg began in early 2017.
