PNTZ adopts joint project with school in Kazakhstan

October 10, 2013. The education center of Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ, a member of ChTPZ Group) was visited by a group of delegates from Karaganda Polytechnic Vocational School, headed by Director Zeken Rakhimov, on October 6-9, 2013, PNTZ press service reports.

As a result, a large-scale educational joint venture was adopted aimed at building stronger horizontal ties between Russia and Kazakhstan, the CIS’s No.1 metallurgical goods consumer. The project is related to training future metallurgical industry workers.

‘The student council of the educational center that is currently implementing its Future of White Metallurgy Project invited their fellow students from Karaganda Polytechnic Vocational School, which is well-known in the educational and industrial communities, to pay a visit. Thanks to our students’ imitative, students of vocational schools based in Russia and Kazakhstan are now joining their efforts to share their experience and bring our two schools to a new, international level. Both parties use the dual education system approach and are interested in the development of blue-collar jobs,’ says the education center’s head Nikolai Desyatov.
