UBRD is one of top 10 Russian banks most talked about in social media

September 16, 2014. In August 2014, the Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development was given the 10th position in the rating of Russia's top fifty retail banks in terms of customers' estimates, the bank's press service reports.
Under Prime Information Agency's methods, how much a bank is talked about in the social media is the most important criterion that indicates an interest customers have in this bank. The UBRD was on top of the list in terms of how many times it was referred to, since it was mentioned in the social media 2.5 times more often in August than in the previous month. Network users left 4,622 feedback entries on the bank last month.
The involvement index that reflects the ratio of overall feedback entries to specific users is one indicator of the interest different people take in the bank. For the UBRD, the index stood at 1.8, which is the sixth best result among the fifty banks featured in the rating.
The number of specific users who provide their feedback can also serve as an indicator of a bank's popularity. In August, the UBRD was referred to in public statements by 2,640 unique social media users.
