24 July 2014 (09:20)

July 24, 2014. 70% of Russian companies are willing to hire a college graduate with no work experience. 21% are absolutely against considering applicants with no experience: the most widely spread argument is that such candidates' education is insufficient, Superjob's survey results reveal.

Five years ago, only 54% of companies would agree to employ a recent graduate. The surveys conducted over the last few years indicate that the situation has grown more stable: in 2012, 71% of companies were willing to consider college graduates with no experience, in 2013, the figure was 72%, this year, the figure stands at 70%.
