Official unemployment rate in Sverdlovsk Region is 1.17%

July 22, 2014. As of July 1, 2014, Sverdlovsk Region's official unemployment rate stood at 1.17%, which was 0.12% lower than on July 1, 2013, Sverdlovsk Region's Economics Ministry's press service reports.
The number of the unemployed registered with the local employment agencies came to 27,088 people on July 1, 2014, while the number of job openings advertised by employers was 54,291 (which was 6,691 vacancies more than on July 1, 2013). This means the tension coefficient was 0.6 people per vacancy.
