Passenger load factor at international flights goes down 3.6% in March 2014

May 6, 2014. The passenger load factor at interational flights decreased by 3.6% in March 2014 and came to 80.9% on average, the Association of Russian Tour Operators refers to Rosaviation as saying.
ATOR Analytical Service reports that the increase in passenger traffic at international flights has slowed down recently. The international flights market (outside the CIS) rose by about 9% in the first two months of 2014, while in March, it only grew by 2.4%.
According to Rosaviation, the passenger turnover of Russian companies went up by 4.3% in comparison with March 2013. The number of passenger who flied internationally outside the CIS rose by 2.4%, the passenger load factor decreased by 3.6% in March 2014 and came to 80.9% on average. The share of international flights in the total number of operated flights declined by 1.4% in the first quarter of 2014 compared with a year earlier.
