Ural Airlines’ passenger traffic rises 21% since start of year

June 17, 2014. Ural Airlines flew 1,697,205 passengers between January 1, 2014 and May 31, 2014, which was 21% more than a year earlier, the company’s press service reports.
14,310 flights have been operated since the beginning of the year, including 4,463 international flights, 6,265 domestic flights, and 3,582 flights around the CIS.
The airline’s passenger turnover rose by 21% in January-May 2014 compared with January-May 2013 and came to 4,492,816,000 passenger-kilometers.
In May 2014, the air carrier operated 3,426 flights, including 1,246 international flights, 1,445 domestic flights, and 735 flights around the CIS. This is 18% more than a year earlier.
428,198 people flew with Ural Airlines in May 2014. The actual passenger turnover amounted to 1,095,655,000 passenger-kilometers, which exceeded the figures for May 2013 by 10%.
