MegaFon is now offering landline international and long-distance call services to subscribers of any local landline operators.

According to the carrier's press service, regardless of what local operator one is subscribed to, it is possible to use MegaFon's international and long-distance call service to call other cities and countries.

The Russian Federation Mass Communications Ministry's Order 420 dated December 18, 2013, MegaFon was given the status of Telecom Network End Cap 7. Thanks to this, MegaFon can now connect subscribers directly to international and long-distance call networks. To subscribe to the service, one needs to submit an application to one's landline operator, asking to make MegaFon its international and long-distance operator, and sign a contract with MegaFon via Customer Service Center (8-800-550-0555).

'Thanks to MegaFon's strong position on the international market and its direct contracts with a large number of all sorts of operators (ranging from international giants to small local carriers), MegaFon can offer its customers the best terms. Depending on the amount of calls, popular directions, and other international and long-distance call needs, a subscriber can choose the most suitable pay plan,' the company explains.
