April 23, 2014. An up-to-date Italian concrete plant Piccini, owned by UBT-Service (a daughter company of Uralvagonzavod Corporation), now operates in Nizhniy Tagil.
According to the corporation's press service, the maximum capacity of the new facility is estimated at 50 m3 an hour.
'The launch of the new concrete plant is expected fully to cover Nizhniy Tagil and the corporation's demand for readily available good quality concrete that is currently under-supplied because of a greater amount of building jobs going on,' the message says.
This is actually the second plant UBT-Service has launched. In 2013, the company set up an Italian asphalt plant that reached its full capacity within a year and did not let the owners down once.
'Piccini meets all the modern requirements as well. It was set up within just one month, during which project design documentation was prepared, and the assembly was completed. The plant is now ready to reach its production capacity. This is a very green production line, with almost no human factor involved. The plant is fully automated and is serviced by one operator and one loader truck driver, who ensures the supply of stuffs,' the press service says.
Piccini can produce specific kinds of road concrete, foundation concrete, and high-strength concrete for important structures.
