June 7, 2013. Seversky Pipe Plant (STZ), a member of Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), recently launched a ready-mix station meant for producing building materials; this was a joint project with Remstroygroup, TMK press officer reports.
The new ready-mix station is a highly productive modern unit for concrete and concrete solution with the capacity of up to 60 m3 an hour. The unit has a numerical control system and can make up to 1,000 m3 of building materials a day.
The new ready-mix station’s three receiving bins make it possible to produce both custom concrete and building mortar. It’s possible to produce one cubic meter of concrete at a single-stage mixing. Thanks to the weight-sensitive water and chemical components dispensers, one can add to additives to the solution at a time. As a result, the station produces concrete that is highly water-proof and cold-resistant.
