November 21, 2013. The Federal Accreditation Service (FSA) confirmed the professional competence of Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant’s sanitary & environmental lab (PNTZ, a member enterprise of ChTPZ Group), the company’s press service says.

The FSA certified the lab to complete all the procedures relating to testing of production environment parameters as well as those of air and industrial emissions and of filtered storm water and natural surface water.

‘During their on-site inspection, experts looked into the methods of measurement and checked PNTZ quality management system; the lab specialists carried out comparative interlab tests. Following the inspection, the certifying experts gave a positive estimate of all the objects and facilities subject to certification and praised the lab specialists’ great skills,’ the company’s press release says.

A certificate is a guarantee of the fact that this lab’s tests are fully valid for Rosprirodnadzor and Rospotrebnadzor within the parameters listed in the certificate. PNTZ got its first certificate in 2002; this current certificate expires in 2018.
