November 8, 2013. Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant, a member of Uralvagonzavod Corporation, will deliver 16 swamp tractors for the expeditions undertaken by Khanty-Mansiysk Geophysics, a daughter company of GeoTech Holding, Uralvagonzavod Corporation's press service says.

These are mass-produced tractors with the traditional 'cold-weather package', that is, double glazing of the pit, Zenith radiator, an extra insulated case for the tractor bonnet, and Webasto starting pre-heater.

As the tractors will be used for the surveying of mineral resource deposits, the customers will have portable drilling equipment installed on 15 tractors.

The entire set of vehicles is expected to be shipped within the next few days so that the customers can start using the new swamp tractors this year already.

In September and early October, ChTZ already shipped 18 vehicles to the holding's member enterprises, that is, to Naryan-Mar and Irkutsk Region. 59 million RUR worth of spare parts were delivered to 11 divisions of Geophysics in Irkutsk Region, Tyumen Region, the Republic of Komi, Yamalo-Nenetsky Autonomous District, Khanty-Mansiysky Autonomous District, and other Russian constituencies.
