Ural Airlines presents new booking system Amadeus to customers

November 7, 2013. Ural Airlines’ passengers can now enjoy the benefits of the new booking system: the booking procedure will save time greatly and will make all the processing steps much easier. All the necessary information is made available in a totally new and passenger-friendly way: there’s the convenient departure date navigation system, a free choice of the ticket sub-class, and the clear final sum total from the first step of the booking process that is always visible on the screen, the company’s press service reports.

A second printing of the boarding pass in case the first one got lost is going to become one of the new extra services. On the whole, the Amadeus booking system is meant to make the passenger’s every step taken in preparation for the flight very comfortable and it also meets one of the company’s primary purposes – a tailor-made approach to every customer.

As the air carrier is switching to a new booking system, the following forms of payment will be temporarily unavailable: Gazprombank’s ATMs, QIWI terminals, Yandex.Money, WebMoney, Euroset outlets, and e-banking services. Such services as the purchase of an insurance policy and Air Express tickets are also temporarily unavailable at the launching stage.
