Yekaterinburg’s Q1 budget revenues rises by 800m RUR

May 24, 2013. Yekaterinburg Duma deputies looked into the municipal budget figures for the first quarter of 2013 at an ad hoc committee meeting, the Duma’s press service reports.

The budget revenues came to 29.075bn RUR, the spending came to 30.85bn RUR, so the budget deficit thus came to 1.78bn RUR.

The budget implementation as of April 1, 2013 was 7.189bn RUR in terms of revenues (which comes to 24.7% of the approved budget). This is nearly 788m RUR more than in Q1 2012. Most of the municipal treasury’s revenues came from the personal income tax (66.4%) as well as land tax (19.2%) and the single tax on imputed earnings (10.1%). These tax payments made up 95.7% of all the revenues.
