Over 30 graduates to get internship at Uralvagonzavod Corporation enterprises

May 15, 2013. 33 graduates are going to work as interns at Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s head plant this year. The one-year internship’s primary goal is professional and social and psychological adjustment of former students and their getting practical and organizational skills as well as understanding their jobs’ specific nature and looking at their departments and the company’s scientific and production performance, Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s press service reports.
The interns get employed at the technological institute, the large nodes division, the mechanization & automation design bureau, the chief metallurgist’s division, Tagiltransmashproyekt, and other divisions of Uralvagonzavod.
A personal internship agenda covers looking at the activity of an intern’s respective department, that is, at its technological, organizational, and managerial structure; getting acquainted with the history, structure, culture, and prospects of the corporation; completing a number of production tasks on one’s own; preparing technical reports and messages; taking part in conferences and creative exhibitions, and publication of articles. One of the trainees’ main duties is trying to identify and activate underused production resources, offer improvement proposals and proposals on saving up on material supplies and energy resources.
