Uraltransmash Selects Candidates for Personnel Training

April 5, 2013. Uraltransmash coordinated a selection of candidates for Vertical, the plant’s training and professional development program. Following some tests, one-on-one interviews, and a look into the young workers’ personal employment records, the most intellectually prepared, promising, professionally ambitious employees with leadership potential were picked out, Uralvagonzavod’s press service reports.
Every year, the company invests in its own future by training young personnel and giving them an opportunity for professional and creative development. It should be noted that new workers take an unfailing interest in the Vertical Project (which has been on for over ten years now).
Under the Director-General’s order, 28 employees will start their training programs as first-year students and 20 employees will move on to their second year of studies.
