On December 10, 2012, an application was submitted to Sverdlovsk Region division of Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service by Voyentelecom. However, the Yekaterinburg branch did not provide any necessary papers or data to the agency on time, even though it was proved that the query had been delivered to the company’s office.
