February 18, 2013. The military vehicles manufactured by Uralvagonzavod Scientific & Production Corporation arrived in the United Arab Emirates for IDEZ, the international defense exhibition. The features and potential of Terminator, the fire support combat vehicle, and of the upgraded T-90C painted a new color, as well as of some life-size samples and models from Uralvagonzavod’s special vehicles division will be displayed in Abu Dhabi on February 17-21, Uralvagonzavod Scientific & Production Corporation’s press service says.

Uralvagonzavod is a regular participant at the prestigious military show IDEX. This year’s attention grabber is the upgraded T-90C that will join the show. This is not the first time the new-90C is taking part in an international military exhibition, and the vehicle has already won some recognition thanks to its great performance characteristics. However, this is going to be the first time the tank is to demonstrate its maneuverability and combat potential in action.

This year, the corporation’s stand will consist of two parts. 80 sq m will be allocated to a bright, modern stand, and 252 sq m will be used to display Uralvagonzavod’s vehicles in the open air; the fire support combat vehicle will be the main feature there. Besides, a special spot at the stand was given to the Nizhniy Novgorod-based Burevestnik Scientific Research Institute. This is Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s only naval artillery developer, so this enterprise’s stand will have a special naval theme.
