STM-Service Announces Results of Professional Contest 2012

January 10, 2013. STM-Service (a part of Sinara Transport Machines) came up with the results of its professional contest in 2012. The company employees provide O & M services for the fleet of 231 Sinara 2ES6 Series locomotives at Sverdlovsk, South-Ural, and West-Siberian Railways. The locos are serviced at 10 O&M centers and units, the company’s press service says.

The contest prizes were awarded in three categories: Best Service Division, Best Foreman, and Best Worker. The candidates for the first category were selected on the basis of the following criteria: meeting the target repairs figures for 2012; complying with the labor protection norms and regulations; and absence of labor rules violations as well as the great level of production standards. As for the best foremen and workers, candidates were chosen among the most productive employees who are involved in the completion STM Service’s key tasks and most economically effective projects.

Novosibirsk-based Inskaya service unit was declared Best Service Division; the second prize went to Chelyabinsk-based South Ural unit; the third prize went to Omsk-based Moskovka. As for the other two categories, Mikhail Yegorov from Chelyabinsk, Maxim Sharipov from Yekaterinburg, and Vladimir Zaderei from Omsk were declared Best Foremen, while Head of the Finance & Budget Department Lyudmila Karenina, Head of the Technical Department Konstantin Tretyakov, and Legal Issues Director Maxim Mysin were declared STM-Service’s Best Workers.
