ChelPipe Group, IT Expert Launch ITSM Project

UrBC, Chelyabinsk, April 27, 2020. ChelPipe Group started working to upgrade its ITSM (IT Service Management) processes in order to reduce operational risks, get IT management systems automated, and improve the company’s interaction with internal clients, that is, the in-company information resource and service users. The project is expected to get completed by the end of the third quarter of 2020.

The Group’s press service says they chose one of Russia’s leading consultants IT Expert as their partner for the project. The stages of the project implementation include the following:
— auditing of the Group’s IT structure;
— designing the processes of managing service requests, solving problems, and managing changes;
— creating a unified catalogue of supported IT services.

ChelPipe Group expects the implementation of the project to result in reduced operational risks, improved quality and speed of IT services rendered to the Group’s employees, and better and faster user support.
