UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 20, 2020. The housing developer Brusnika came up with a manifesto dwelling on the current economic situation and on what the home buyers should expect in time of the global COVID-19 pandemic.

The company says they are keeping track of the Russian Government’s orders and decrees and adjust the work at their construction sites accordingly and in full in compliance with Rospotrebnadzor’s requirements so as to get the buildings commissioned on time. Sales are now fully converted to an online format.

‘We are fully aware the home buyers are worried about the construction schedule, while our customers and partners are worried about they way we currently operate on the market and whether there’s an option of buying a place. Brusnika is a large, dependable business. We can cope with the current load and won’t let you down. This is what our manifesto is about,’ the company says.
