UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 18, 2019. The housing developers Brusnika and YIT signed an agreement in Yekaterinburg to set up a joint management company, Brusnika’s press service reports.

The new company YIT Brusnika Service will operate in the Urals and Siberia’s largest cities: Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Novosibirsk, and Surgut.

YIT and Brusnika are working to implement their updated strategy on their housing resources management and are thus strengthening their position on the housing service market, improving their customer service, and expanding their presence geographically. The new management company YIT Brusnika Service intends to come up with a service that provides better and more comfortable living conditions, the press service says.

YIT gets involved in the joint venture through two service companies Ural YIT Service and YIT Service Tyumen. All of YIT’s other Russia-based housing service and developer companies will keep on working in their respective parts of Russia. Brusnika, on its part, will bring its Brusnika. Housing Management branches in Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Tyumen, and Surgut into the JV.

The new joint venture YIT Brusnika Service will start operating on January 1, 2020.
