UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 24, 2010. ‘We are very glad to see that Renova-StroyGroup has won this FIABCI contest. This only makes sense, since Academic is an important object for the entire country. Even though the place is officially considered a district, it is, in fact, a real city, and Russia’s only city built from scratch. Both the master plan and the project of the area were evaluated very highly,’ the plenipotentiary representative of Managers & Developers Guild in Yekaterinburg Andrei Bril announced at a press conference in Yekaterinburg.
Now the city’s newest Academic District won the country-wide stage of the international FIABCI Prix d`Exellence contest in the Master Plan category.
‘Actually, the fact that Yekaterinburg won in four out of nine categories proves that this city can boast great architecture and high quality projects, which is rather appealing to investors. This also means lower risks and greater profits. The international community can see we’ve got good architects and planners as well as professional contractors,’ he added.
