Stroy-Accent delays housing construction

‘The company managed to commission all the buildings that had to be finished in 2009. The last buildings got commissioned on December 31, 2009, in fact. We do admit, however, that the deadline for the commissioning had to be met six months ago,’ Stroy-Accent real estate expert Natalya Derbusheva informed an UrBC reporter.

ZAO Stroy-Accent deals in putting up and selling residential real estate in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk Region. The builder announced as early as June 2009 that they might have to put off the commissioning of their buildings.

‘This delay actually stems from the recession-born economic difficulties,’ the developer’s official website states.

‘The last blocks to be commissioned were the ones at 44G and 44D Uralskikh Rabochikh St. The dwellers can move in this January, somewhat later than had been planned. I believe some conflicts are unavoidable, even though we haven’t had any complaints so far,’ Derbusheva added.
