Yekaterinburg’s Kirovskiy district court partially sustained the claim laid by Bank Severnaya Kazna (Alfa-Bank’s asset) former Counselor to Chairman of the Supervisory Board Evgeniy Parfenov regarding the arrears of wages and his severance deal, the spokesperson for Judge Anna Vassilyeva reports.
A little earlier, the court also sustained the claim laid by the bank’s former Counselor to Chairman of the Supervisory Board Valeriy Malkov regarding his eighteen-million-ruble severance payment.
In fact, Kirovskiy district court has had to handle similar claims laid by the bank’s First Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board Leonid Bratsev and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board Sergey Kuroptev.
All of the above-mentioned plaintiffs had signed special agreements in addition to their labor contracts that provided for a pay rise from 450,000 RUR to 750,000 RUR a month and for an increase in severance pay from six to twenty-four monthly salaries (18 million RUR per person) that were to be paid in case their contracts were annulled. However, these agreements were not complied with in full at the time of their resignation.
