Rinat Raev, the Mufti of Chelyabinsk and Kurgan Regions, sent a thank-you letter to Governor of Chelyabinsk Region Petr Sumin in relation to his welcoming Russia’s Supreme Mufti Talgat Tadzhuddin.

Talgat Tadzhuddin was invited by the Governor to visit Chelyabinsk Region in order to take part in the celebrations dedicated to the 220th anniversary of the Central Spiritual Administration of Russia’s Muslims and the 175th anniversary of the prominent Islamic enlightener Zainulla Rasulev’s birthday.
