UrBC, Chelyabinsk, April 18, 2018. ChelPipe Group and Ozersk Council signed a cooperation agreement that will touch upon culture, education, and social welfare projects. The agreement was signed during the M.I. Glinka Chelyabinsk Opera House’s board of trustees’ meeting.

According to the Group’s press service, the paper was signed by head of ChelPipe Group’s charity and social welfare projects Olga Stebunova and Deputy Mayor of Ozersk Oleg Lange; Governor of Chelyabinsk Region Boris Dubrovsky, ChelPipe Group’s shareholder Andrei Komarov, and Mayor of Ozersk Evgeny Scherbakov also attended the meeting.

The agreement covers coordinating events in Ozersk within the framework of Rostok Charity Program. Throughout 2018, ChelPipe Group is expected to finance a number of social and culture events: the Day of Slavic Writing and Culture celebrations, the opening of Spiritual/Artistic Development Center at the Church of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin, the large-scale education project Childhood Territory, and The Star of Bethlehem Christmas Festival. The Group will also support trips to spiritual locations for the children of Ozersk and set up culture, arts and education fellowships for the town’s talented youth.
