METCOMBANK To Launch 5bn RUR Bond Issue

METCOMBANK Board of Directors considered and approved of the idea to launch a Series 01 and 02 bond issues worth a total of 5 billion RUR, the bank’s press service reports. The first bond issue amounts to 2 billion RUR, the second one to 3 billion RUR, with each bond coming at face value of 1,000 RUR apiece. The bonds will remain in circulation for three years (1,098 days) from the day of the launch. Governor’s Mercedes Lawsuit Starts in Sverdlovsk Region

A preliminary hearing was held in Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court today regarding the claim laid by the region’s public prosecution authorities on the legitimacy of purchasing a Mercedes for the needs of Sverdlovsk Region Government’s car park. The defendants in the case are OOO Stern, Sverdlovsk Region Government Car Park, and the regional State Orders Department. Sverdlovsk Region’s division of Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service was involved in the case as a third party. The case was considered by Justice Marina Toropova.
