11 July 2008 (10:17)

Renova-StroyGroup-Akademicheskoye is going to take part in an exhibition devoted to low-rise construction in Sverdlovsk Region with its housing complex project known as the 45th Quarter. This future complex will be located in the south-east of Yekaterinburg, next to the city’s future Academic district. The layout for the project has been developed by Albert Speer&Partner GmbH, the company’s press officer reports.

The housing complex will consist of a number of cottages, united by a single architectural concept, guarded premises, united infrastructure and maintenance facilities. The area of the site will come to 63.5 hectares, on which 250 cottages and 115 town houses will be located. The design of the buildings provides for the European level of comfort; besides, the complex is to be based in the nice green environment in the vicinity of a 600-hectare forest park and the embankment of the River Patrushikha. What is more, the complex will include shops, hospitals, a kindergarten, a children’s sports facility with a fitness center, a consumer service facility, and a café with a nymphaeum. Then, all of Academic district’s shopping and entertainment centers as well as kindergartens and other places will be located within a stone’s throw of the 45th Quarter.

The project provides for a convenient highway network, modern parking lots, and pedestrian areas, as well as tracks for bicycles and runners. Entrances to the complex will be fitted with checkpoints.

‘We aim to create a new environment and a new notion of living in a big city. This is an attempt unique to Russia, and I’m positive this attempt will be a success. For one, Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Eduard Rossel has visited our construction site recently and approved of the project,’ says Renova-StroyGroup-Akademicheskoye’s GD Stanislav Pridvizhkin.

The exhibition is part of a meeting on the federal low-rise construction program, to be attended by Head of Sverdlovsk Region Government Viktor Koksharov and deputy head of the State Duma’s Budget and Taxation Committee A. Kogan.

Both the exhibition and the meeting are to take place in the Government House at 1 Oktyabrskiaya Square from 9 AM to 2 PM on July 11, 2008.
