Olips, one of Yekaterinburg’s major developers, is going to present its projects at MAPIC commercial estate exhibition in Cannes on November 14-16, 2007. Olips’s presentation will be made within the framework of the Russian Trade Center Union’s exhibition project and is to cover the company’s four current projects: the Dirigible Mall, Parkoviy Trade and Entertainment Center, Magnet Trade and Entertainment Center, and Fashion Gallery.

MAPIC is one of the world’s most respectable commercial estate exhibitions. ‘Apart from giving one a chance to be in the know of all the news in the field and great international promotion opportunities, MAPIC offers one some amazing networking potential. This year, Galeries Lafayette, Starbucks, Carrefour, and Debenhams are expected to attend the exhibition, and, should we manage to make Yekaterinburg appealing to them, the city’s status is going to be upgraded tremendously,’ Olips’s Deputy GD Evgeniy Melnikov says.

Olips presented some of its projects at ExpoReal exhibition in Munich in October 2007 as well. ‘We did a good job and made the investors believe Yekaterinburg and our company have a great future ahead of them. We intend to proceed with some of the talks we started in Munich when we are in France,’ Olips’s Deputy GD for Finance Boris Terentyev notes.
