‘I am finally dealing with HydroSpetsStroy’s bankruptcy proceedings now. I am currently looking into the papers in the builder’s office at 13 Vosmoye Marta St.,’ says Olga Rushitskaya, acting trustee in bankruptcy of HydroSpetsStroy Ltd. (general contractor of Noviy Grad, the local developer).
‘The company’s creditors have already appointed me trustee in bankruptcy, so this issue is to be discussed in Sverdlovsk Region Court of Arbitration on April 9, 2007,’ she says.
Before she used help of law-enforcement officers, Ms Rushitskaya had been trying to get in the builder’s office for a few days in order to do her duties.
