‘The regional authorities always compensate us for medicines backed up by social benefits schemes in time. As for the federal authorities, they have only transferred money for January so far, and even that sum was not paid in full,’ Inessa Polozhenko of AS Bureau Ltd. (a pharmaceutical company) said to UrBC.
