Renova Stroy Group and Association of Russian Builders signed a cooperation agreement, reports the spokesperson for Renova Stroy Group. This agreement signifies the desire of both parties for the mutually beneficial cooperation and their intention to work on the large development project in Russia together.
The agreement provides for joint performance in terms of trying to include Renova Stroy Group projects based, among other things, on the state-private cooperation principles, into the state programs. The Association of Russian Builders is also going to attract some large designing, developing, and building companies in order to complete their joint projects and find the interested investors.
Nikolai Koshman, the President of the Association, says that the multi-faceted area development projects employed by Renova Stroy Group are very important from the viewpoint of making such hi-tech projects commonplace. He also believes that they symbolize a significant step forward in terms of the national housing program, the state’s current priority.
President of Renova Stroy Group Veniamin Golubitskiy observes that their company strongly hopes their cooperation with the Association of Russian Builders proves to be very fruitful.
