Communal facilities brawl in Krasnoturinsk
21 December 2006 (14:42)
IES Multiutilities Ltd. and Sverdlovsk Communal Networks informed the council of Krasnoturinsk that they were not going to sign the agreement allowing them to rent the local engineering structures or public water and heat supply systems, reports the spokesperson for IES Multiutilities.
IES Multiutilities Ltd. applied for the tenant right concerning the electricity networks, the engineering structures, and public water and heat supply systems; the town council, however, decided to give this right to another company. IES Multiutilities Ltd., in its turn, tries to stick to multi-faceted and comprehensive electricity supply approach in the areas it services, and, in the case of Krasnoturinsk, this principle was not complied with. This is why the management of IES Multiutilities Ltd. and Sverdlovsk Communal Networks decided not to rent the local engineering structures or public water and heat supply systems.
