Trading profit of United Machine Building Works goes up by 21% in first half of 2006

United Machine Building Works has recently published a report on the intermediate results of its financial success (based on the IAS) in the first half of 2006.
The enterprise made 9.6% more profits in the first six months of 2006 compared with the first six months of 2005; the figure came to $374.3m, with international sales amounting to 55% of revenues.
The company’s operational profit reached the point of $25m in June 2006, which is 21% better than one year earlier. EBITDA came to $37m, which exceeds the figures for January-June 2005 by 22%, reports the spokesperson for United Machine Building Works.
