Chelyabinsky Zinkovy Zavod JSC is ranked among the best employers of Russia. The honorary title ‘Employer of the year – 2005’ was awarded to the company based on the results of social investigation ‘Business Responsibility – Employer of the year – 2005’. The investigation was conducted by Rating Agency of Analytics on demand of interindustrial non-profit organization Coordinating Board of Employers’ Unions of Russia, Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and non-profit partnership National Loan Office.

According to this investigation, Chelyabinsky Zinkovy Zavod JSC is distinguished among the Russian businesses that occupy leading positions on the national labour market and are the main contributors to the national employment rate.

On April 21, 2006, a state reception was given in honour of ‘Employer of the year – 2005’ nominees at Moscow ExpoCenter located in Krasnaya Presnya district. During the reception Pavel Ryzhy, Personnel Director of Chelyabinsky Zinkovy Zavod JSC, was presented with a gold medal and a diploma of the ‘Employer of the year – 2005’.

Chelyabinsky Zinkovy Zavod JSC enters the non-governmental Register of Russian enterprises and entrepreneurs whose financial and economical situation ensures their reliability as business partners, which is certified by the President of Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Evgeny Primakov.
