SV Consulting becomes shareholder of Mechel Bank JSC

SV Consulting became a shareholder of Mechel Bank JSC after it bought 10.9% of its equities. Meanwhile, La Vida Splav Ltd. (Chelyabinsk wholesale trader) that used to own the equivalent share holding decided to leave the company, reports the bank’s official statement.
