10 February 2020 (09:15)

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, February 10, 2020. A presentation on the company’s urban improvement program will take place in Pervouralsk on February 8, ChelPipe Group’s press service reports.

The program is part of a cooperation agreement involving ChelPipe Group, Sverdlovsk Region Government, Pervouralsk Council, and Center for Urban Development (Head: Sergey Kapkov).

Sverdlovsk Region Government officials, Mayor of Pervouralsk Igor Kabetz, and Managing Director at ChelPipe Group’s Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ) Alexei Dronov will all attend the presentation.

‘The town residents will be presented a program for the urban development that will take off in Ploshchad Pobedy, Ilyicha Ave and Vatutin St this year already. ChelPipe Group allocated extra funds to get the design specifications and estimates ready. Additionally, the public will be able to get acquainted with the program’s transport and street lighting strategy and Pervouralsk’s brand-book,’ the Group says.

The program is based on the Center for Urban Development’s comprehensive research and the locals’ feedback. During the preparatory stage of the project, experts looked into the key areas of improvement: urban transit infrastructure, public spaces, apartment building yard spaces, street lighting, and the level of business development and then came up with a list of improvement proposals. The program also accounts for the suggestions put forth by experts and proactive residents who contributed to the open-to-all discussions on the future of Pervouralsk’s public spaces.
